Member Communications

Placement: In-League

Meetings Start: June

Starting in the summer, communications training will begin, and the committee will handle two issues monthly from July forward.

Meeting Days: Wednesday, varies; Weeknights. Ideally, the third Wednesday of each month.

Each Committee Member is responsible for editing one month (minimum of four weekly issues) of League Lines and moderating one month of Member Exchange. It’s important to note that these duties must be fulfilled in separate months and cannot overlap.

Monthly Time Commitment: 6-8 hours

Members are busiest when editing League Lines or moderating the Member Exchange in their assigned months (6-8 hours monthly). Activity varies per member and month. Quieter months involve meetings and email updates (2-3 hours monthly).

Work is completed: Independently
